As Vice Chairman and President of New Empire Builder Corp, our leader drives the vision and oversees the execution of all vertically integrated divisions within New Empire Corp’s construction arm. With over 20 years of experience in building and construction, he represents the second generation of leadership, blending tradition with innovation to elevate the company's standards and growth. After joining the family business full-time, he advanced through roles in field construction, project management, and executive leadership, developing a deep understanding of both operations and strategy. Now, he oversees strategic planning and execution, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Committee, he collaborates on initiatives that shape the future of New Empire. Under his guidance, New Empire Builder Corp. has successfully completed projects totaling over $1 billion. His commitment to excellence is evident in his focus on mentoring the executive team and fostering a collaborative, skilled work environment. Driven by a dedication to growth, operational precision, and client partnerships, he continuously raises the bar for construction in New York City and beyond.
As Senior Vice President of Project Management at New Empire Builder Corp, our leader brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. With a sharp focus on strategy, operations, and deployment, he oversees daily operations, including staffing, contracting, and related services across our construction portfolio. His expertise is integral to New Empire Builder’s project success, consistently delivering high standards and efficiency. A member of the Executive Leadership Committee, he contributes to shaping the company's Strategic direction. Under his guidance, the team has achieved substantial, measurable success, completing projects totaling over $500 million. His leadership is marked by a commitment to metrics-driven results and operational excellence, ensuring each project not only meets but exceeds expectations. Kannon holds a Bachelor's in Architecture from Pratt Institute, providing him with a strong foundation in design and project management.
